We begin with a conversation to understand your vision. We discuss your yacht name, location, dates, goals, and the amount of people needed for the job. We can help determine the right team size based on your needs. This initial briefing helps us understand not just what you need, but why it matters to you.
We Create the Visual Story
After our initial meeting, we develop a moodboard and proposed planning that translates your vision into a visual direction. This includes shot lists, style references, and a clear plan for how we'll capture your charter experience. The moodboard becomes our shared visual language.
We Refine Together
We present the moodboard and planning for your feedback in a meeting. This is where we can change direction, adjust the approach, and ensure everything aligns with your vision. One round of refinement is included, but we can always do more if needed. In this second meeting, we also discuss communication during the shoot and delivery timelines.
Communication is Key
We get in contact with your captain, crew, and all stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. This coordination is essential for a smooth shoot day. We make sure everyone understands the plan, knows what to expect, and feels comfortable with our presence on board. This happens after we've refined the planning together.
Capturing the Experience
Shoots typically range from two to six days, depending on deliverables, yacht size, and location. We work on board to capture authentic moments, the atmosphere, and the story of your charter. Our team is well-practiced together and can organize everything ourselves. You have the option to join as a director, but typically we have one director who leads everything, so no one is needed from your team. If weather is challenging, we're experienced in making it look great.
Bringing It to Life
In post-production, we edit, color grade, and curate the best moments from your shoot. Deliverables can include main videos, reels, photos, and virtual walkthroughs in different formats. The delivery timeline is based on the difficulty of the video and the amount of deliverables, which we discuss in our second meeting so you know exactly what to expect.
Your Story, Ready to Share
We deliver your final products via Dropbox in the formats you need. Multiple revision rounds are included, and you can give feedback per second using our Dropbox system, so we have the exact timeline of where you want changes. This ensures everything is exactly as you envisioned. Your story is now complete and ready to inspire others.
Complete Access to Your Story
If you want complete access to all footage, we can provide everything in RAW format. We can do this if you supply us with a hard drive, or we can purchase one for you. This gives you full creative control and access to every moment we captured.
Beyond the Shoot
Our relationship doesn't end with delivery. We offer ongoing support and can add edits or additional content against more investment. Whether you need adjustments, new formats, or want to work together again, we're here to continue supporting your visual storytelling needs.
